Avenue Of The Volcanoes

The Avenue of the Volcanoes is the most fascinating route in Ecuador. It is formed of several mountain peaks that pass from the Northern Andes through the Central Andes area. Therefore, two different mountain chains run at each side of Volcano Avenue; the eastern and western Cordillera.

In addition, along this route, travelers will enjoy splendid landscapes, green valleys, ancient farms, Inca Ruins, picturesque towns, and colorful indigenous markets like those found in Otavalo, Pujili, and Zumbahua.

  1. One of the greatest trips we did a couple of years ago. We climbed the Cotopaxi, one of the highest active volcanoes in the world. We went to city of Baños to the hot springs and the swing, we can not forget the amazing waterfalls. The people are very friendly, food is amazing, you can try all kind of fruits. Unforgettable trip, looking forward to go back. If you have never been in Ecuador, I highly recommend a visit there with one of the best tour guides.
